Preschool at North Iowa Early Childhood Center is a collaboration between North Iowa Community Action Head Start and the North Iowa Community School District. Federal Head Start funds and State of Iowa Voluntary Preschool funds provide services to chlldren who are four years old by September 15th. Three year old children are served as space is available and scholarships may be available.  _______________________________________________________________________________________
