Emergency Financial Assistanceis available to qualified individuals and families during crisis situations and to address barriers to self-sufficiency. Donated funds are used to defray the impact of past-due utility bills, the cost of deliverable fuel, and to meet emergency shelter and housing needs when no other available assistance is available. Financial assistance is paid directly to landlords or utility companies and recipients may be asked to participate in a repayment plan for funds received.
