NICAO is looking for a full-time Family Development Specialist to cover Hancock, Kossuth, and Winnebago counties (other counties may be assigned). Office will be located in Algona.

Candidates will be expected to work out of an office in Mason City three days a week and an office in Charles City two days a week. Excellent computer, assessment, organization, and communication skills are essential. Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Management/Public Administration or other Human Service fields preferred. Knowledge of Child Welfare System is essential.
